Located in the Historic District of Round Rock at #10 Chisholm Trail, the Art Center of Williamson County offers classes to students age five through adult. Bringing quality art classes to Williamson County since 1997, the Art Center offers both day and evening classes Monday through Saturday. Taught by award-winning, professional instructors, all regular classes are offered as year-round open enrollment classes which means that sutdents may begin instruction at any time. Classes are kept small so that
instructors can give individual attention to each student.
Our new second location is located in Cedar Park, Texas at 12001 West Parmer Lane. This location will be our Adult Center and will offer classes for students age 16 and up as well as workshops, life drawing and other specialty classes.
Course of study begins with the fundamentals of drawing. Students are then introduced to various mediums
including pastels, watercolor, acrylic, oil, airbrush and sculpture. Supplies are included in the cost of
tuition.
Twice a year, the Center hosts an instructor/student art
exhibit. These two shows provide an opportunity for our budding artists to show off their completed works to
family and friends.
In addition to regular art classes, the Center offers specialty workshops throughout the year. Check the calendar
of events for a list of classes scheduled for the spring, summer and fall sessions.
